The Human Resources Division is responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment across all SBYPA programs and activities. This includes volunteer management, staff onboarding, policy enforcement, and general member welfare.
At this time, all HR responsibilities are fully managed by the Executive Division (Board of Directors) to ensure consistency and oversight across the organization. As SBYPA continues to grow, the Board may establish a dedicated HR team in the future to better support our expanding programs and staff needs.
