Lumen Regiment

The Lumen Regiment Marching Band is the first-ever program of South Bay Youth Performing Arts (SBYPA) and represents the beginning of a vision to expand access to high-quality performing arts opportunities for students throughout the South Bay. Designed for students who are eager to grow as musicians, performers, and leaders, the ensemble emphasizes musical excellence, teamwork, discipline, and community while creating an environment where every member can develop confidence and lasting friendships.

As a new organization, Lumen Regiment is laying the foundation for a program built on strong educational values, meaningful performance experiences, and a welcoming culture for performers of all backgrounds. Every rehearsal, performance, and milestone contributes to shaping the identity of the ensemble and the traditions that future generations will carry forward.
